Campaigns in Viva Engage is launching three new features: campaign hub, search category for campaigns, and executive sponsorship for campaigns. Users will be able to discover and find campaigns. Leaders will be able to sponsor the campaigns they support. Campaigns that have executive sponsors will also show up in Leadership Corner.

Microsoft Viva Glint helps organizations understand and improve employee engagement. Organizations get immediate visibility into the employee experience with org-wide surveys and recommended actions to drive business outcomes. Questions and action plans are based on People Science to guide employee listening and engagement programs that support the employee experience. Leaders and managers can view results to understand wins and opportunities, compare performance against benchmarks and receive personalized suggestions for learning courses, conversation starters, and other actions that support positive business outcomes. Global admins, Engage admins (Yammer administrator AAD role) and Yammer network admins can access these features from both the Web and Teams version of the Viva Engage admin experience.

Viva Pulse is a new employee feedback experience that is available for use with your Viva Suite subscription. Viva Pulse empowers managers and project team leaders to request and receive feedback from their teams at any time. Managers and project leads can choose from research-based templates to quickly create a pulse request and send it to select individuals, or groups. They will receive confidential feedback from their team, and they can take immediate action to increase employee engagement and wellbeing. To ensure that your organization has access to this app, our engineering team will conduct a procedure which will ensure that customers having an active subscription to the Microsoft Viva Suite will see the new Viva Pulse service plan alongside other existing Viva service plans.

In January, we announced the General Availability of Viva Topics for our Viva Engage customers. In support of this change, topic migrations began for Viva Engage (Yammer) networks in Native mode and will continue until all Viva Engage networks have migrated to Viva Topics. To support the migration of topics, in June 2023 we are releasing a set of enhancements and fixes, such as revisions to our data export and API behavior.

Microsoft is pleased to announce the next set of features for Viva Connections usage analytics. The analytics experience now includes a full page dashboard view that will help organizations better understand user engagement by being able to visualize the metrics. The analytics dashboard will be available through both the Viva Connections desktop experience in Teams and through a SharePoint home site if your organization has one. Additionally, this release also includes engagement metrics for individual dashboard cards which will enable a more in-depth view of popular cards and those with less engagement.
