Prevent being flooded by mobile Microsoft Teams notifications

Mobile Microsoft Teams notifications are alerts that appear on your mobile device to inform you about new messages, updates, or meetings.

If you are using Microsoft Teams in your mobile device and in the desktop/web at the same time you might be getting duplicated notifications everywhere, but with a simple setting adjustment you can stop it right now.

1. On Microsoft Teams in your mobile click in your profile picture
2. From the menu tap on Settings
3. In the sub menu tap on Notifications
4. In the Block notifications section, block the option When active on desktop
   

   

You are considered inactive on desktop/web after 5 minutes of inactivity, after this period notifications will be resumed on your mobile device.
